Mentors

Rooba with a mentor

The modern business world, especially for self-employed artists, requires websites and social medium. This does not come naturally to me and I’m uncomfortable with pages of me, me, me. I don’t exist in a vacuum and I have had hundreds of talented people collaborating with me on the projects presented in this website. I also have been gifted with fabulous mentors on my journey. Some leading and instructing with meticulous notes; and others by example. Here is list of those who have guided me and brought me to this place:

My family: My parents Pat and Hal, Grandmother Lorraine Mains, Aunt Carole Finley

Formative teachers: Marciel Pultorak, Tim Banta

Professionals in the entertainment industry: Nick Coppola, Addis Williams, Bil Baird, David Syrotiak, Jim Henson, Jane Henson, Jon Stone, Kermit Love, Jerry Nelson, Richard Hunt, Brian Meehl, Howard Ashman, Dick Smith, Frank Oz

Great Loves of my life: Katy Orrick, Ellen Greene, Laura Pare’, Annie Evans

My five kids: Lauren, Chanel, Caley, Lyra, Ripley
